REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.

ELIGIBILITY

All refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date or renewal date.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please email us at hello@thelingomojo.com with your order details. No prior authorization or additional steps are required before contacting us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your refund request, we will process it within ten (10) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Payments are processed by our payment processor, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. The 14-day refund window applies to both the original purchase date and each subsequent renewal date. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@thelingomojo.com — billing errors will be refunded in full regardless of the 14-day window.
